Last Minute Gift Guide

Can you believe that Christmas is only 6 days away!? We are still in awe over how fast this Holiday season has flown by. We've definitely kept busy, and somehow yet again here we are with less than a week until Christmas and we are still Christmas shopping. This or That: Pleated Mini Skirt



We love when this happens. We talked last week about styling a pleated mini for the blog, and our brains just got on the same wavelength again. We both picked our black faux-leather mini and paired it with a grey turtleneck. Courtney went cropped, and Stephanie chose a ribbed knit. Courtney went with a black knee-high boots, and Stephanie added over-the-knee socks to ankle boots. When broken down, the two outfits are so similar, but with different accessories we've created two totally different looks. Western Vibe


When the seasons change I have a habit of shopping for the season that is on it's way out. I know that sounds utterly ridiculous, but I am a sucker for a sale. I am fully convinced I will need these items when next year rolls around. You never know, right? 

With that said, over the summer I came across this suede fedora. The thought of anything suede during the summer heats makes me want to melt, but I loved the western vibe of this hat. It is my go-to hat for weekend errands or a quick coffee run. I am a firm believer in all hats: fedoras, beanies, baseball caps, etc. They are an easy way to pull a look together and obviously they cure any bad hair day. In the market for a hat? The Zara Scarf


Every year, Zara scarves are ALWAYS on point. This season, this one has been my absolutely favorite. It sold out almost immediately, but thanks to Zara's new restocking system, they recognized the demand and it is now available again online! This scarf is unbelievably soft and it is MASSIVE. It has been the perfect outer layer for the mild winter weather I've had in Alabama, but whenever the temperature finally decides to drop I'll be able to wrap it around and hide my entire head inside of it. I have really been trying to step away from my usual t-shirt and jeans look. I am finding that there is an entire new world outside of oversize sweaters. Who knew!? So when Piperlime sent over this blouse and skirt option I was beyond excited to wear them out.
